Return Policy

 

Returns

 

You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item and check it, we'll email you to confirm receipt. We will then process your refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange your item for a different one, please email us at support@perfectgiftguide.com

 

Gifts

 

If the item was a gift marked as such and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. We'll send you a gift certificate once we receive the returned item.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you live far away, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
